"I don't believe in fixing people. I believe in helping them come back to what was always there."

A different kind
of guide.

Patrick [Last Name] is an Emotional Integration Coach, certified facilitator of The Paradox Process, and an avid student of the archetypal frameworks of Carl Jung and Caroline Myss. His practice is built on the belief that lasting change doesn't happen through insight alone — it happens when the body, psyche, and story are brought into conversation with one another.

Drawing from The Paradox Process, Internal Family Systems, archetypal inquiry, and somatic interventions, Patrick works with individuals navigating transitions, persistent patterns, and the particular exhaustion that comes from living at a distance from oneself. His approach goes deeper than traditional talk therapy — not by bypassing thought, but by meeting the places language hasn't yet reached.

A playwright, actor, filmmaker, and co-founder of The Queer Ensemble — a NYC-based nonprofit theatre company dedicated to elevating queer stories and storytellers — Patrick brings the creative act into everything he does. All of his work, whether on stage or in a session, centers the same essential question: what alone is yours to create? Now how can we inhabit that?

He is based in New York City and works with individuals, groups, and organizations.

"I came to this work the same way most people do — not because I was looking for it, but because my body insisted."

The creative life taught me to listen. Somatic practice taught me what I was listening for. Archetypal work taught me the language the psyche uses when it's ready to speak.

Whether you're navigating a transition, untangling a pattern you've carried too long, or simply exhausted by the gap between who you are and how you feel — there is a way through. And it often starts somewhere unexpected.

Four ways we can
work together.

Each offering is different in depth and format. Some people begin with a single session. Others come ready for the full journey. Both are welcome.

Integration Coaching Nervous System Team Programs

Three lenses.
One journey.

Archetypal Work
The story beneath the story

We work with the patterns, figures, and mythic structures that shape how you move through the world — often without knowing it. This is inquiry at the level of identity and image.

Somatic Work
The wisdom of the body

Drawing from IFS, somatic EMDR, and embodiment practice, we work directly with what the body is holding — the tension, the freeze, the places language hasn't reached yet.

Interpretive Work
Making meaning, making change

Integrating The Paradox Process and traditional therapeutic frameworks, we work with experience directly — not to analyze it from a distance, but to meet it fully and move through it.

Flexible by design. Packages can move sequentially through all three lenses as a structured journey, or we can enter through whichever lens is most alive for you right now. This is determined together at the start — and can shift as the work evolves.
